What's your raiding experience on other characters if you have any: Mostly TBC raids on my paladin.
What do you think it means if we ask you to show up prepared for raiding: That i show up half an hour before, fully gemmed, enchanted with flasks, patience and cookies.
How do you think about raiding achievements (timed and HARD mode encounters): I think of them as a goal i wish to achieve.

tbh u have weird resto spec its like pvp mixed pve why do u put tp on nature`s ward instead of master shapshifter its 4% extra heal and it makes more sence to do so if u`ve put 2 tp on natural shapeshifter alrdy.

tbh its a hybrid, i dont go oom and my healing is fine, i pvp in both balance and resto so i have to make a hybrid pvp resto spec

well you healing might be fine dont wanna say ur a good healer
if you wanna come and join you need to take the spec that the healer officer wil tell you otherswise we might miss stuff as you as the healer on that raid i mean
You need to take a spec that officer says so we can avoid mistakes

tbh if thats the case im not sure i want to join if im being forced into someone elses spec, seeming as i dont JUST raid it doesnt seem worth respecing and losing my current spec

Tbh its a bit rude to insist on someone respecing.... you dont even no if it works.... plus this spec is in the tankspot forums. I think you should maybe wait for codex to make her judgement?
