What's your spec, and why: I got duel spec, Combat/Mutilate, I spec as required and depending on the situation.
What do you specifically like and/or dislike about your class and its specs:Well, I love this class, don't like what blizz changed though, specilally combat, since I like it and prefare that spec on the rest.
Do you have any gear for other specs and would you be willing to respec if we need you to:Yes, I can respec to any spec needed, and got the gear.

Do you have any other situational gear (resistances, etc):I do not.
Do you have any alts and what are your goals on those:I do, but they are all low level alts, And I don't have to level them, like to play on my rogue most of the time.

Describe yourself briefly:Well, I like to raid, and love to do heroic/raid achievements, and I am a team player.

Previous guilds:TToC,ShadowbloodClan,TheBrotherHood.
Reason for changing guilds:My guild got too many slackers, and I want to do end content, I am really feeling down in wow cause I am not raiding, well I am doing heroic achievements, but still.
Have you switched servers before (which ones, how many times, etc)?No.
What other guilds (if any) are you currently applying to:None other then this one.
How will you fit in: Fitting in a new guild takes time, meet new mates, make new friends.
What do you expect from raiding in The Conspiracy:People being online on raid time, mainly, that's the problem with many guilds, I think.
How do you react to negative feedback:I like it, you can't always know if you are doing somthing wrong untill someone else tells you, I am always open for suggestions.
What do you think is the most important thing for any raider to be successfull in a raid:Being prepared, and not loosing hope.
Do you know anyone in The Conspiracy that could vouch for you:I do not.
Why should we pick you specifically:I am good at what I do, I am active, ambitious and I don't whine.

Yes.
How many (of the 3/4 official) raids would you join an average week?
All of them.
Are you ok with rotating out of raids every now and then (without complaining about it every time)?
Ofc.
Any days you can't raid or prefer to have as off-days?
I can come on any day, that's not a problem.
What's your raiding experience in WotLK with the character you're applying with (10 and 25-man please):I did 2-3 bosses on 10 man and 25man aswell.
What's your raiding experience (pre-BC and BC) with the character you're applying with:
Pre BC: Onixya BC:SSc,TK,BlackTemple.
What's your raiding experience on other characters if you have any:I don't know what you mean by this question.:s
What do you think it means if we ask you to show up prepared for raiding:
Buff food, flasks/elixirs/potions, fully enchanted gear and fully gemmed be online on time, reading tactics or videos for all the bosses.
How do you think about raiding achievements (timed and HARD mode encounters):Love to do them.
Do you have any WWS (or similar) logs to show us how you perform in raids:I do not.
Future:Wow is the future.:p
Are you planning to quit playing WoW in the near future (within 3 months):I am not.
Will there be any (predictable) irregularities in your attendance in the next 3 months (Holidays, Exams, etc):I don't think so, but can't be sure ofc, you never know what comes up, 3 months is a long time.
What are your goals in WotLK and perhaps even in the next expansion?:We are in Cata, so for that I want to clear the whole content.

I do not like foul langauge, I always treat my fellow guildies with respect and only ask the same, if there is any extra information you need from me or if somthing I wrote wasn't clear enough, I can be more then happy to clearify it for you, hope to join you soon.
