Reason for changing guilds: The guild is becomming inactive (no more raids)

What do you expect from raiding in The Conspiracy: progress and improvement of my character.
How do you react to negative feedback:always keeping my calm, and my reactions are always polite. In case i feel unappreciated i m sure that the officers of the guild will give me the proper answer.
What do you think is the most important thing for any raider to be successfull in a raid: teamwork and seriousness of the players. also the good preliminary work of each one of us.
Do you know anyone in The Conspiracy that could vouch for you: Szasstam and Iljrene
Why should we pick you specifically: I m a grown man, willing to play available for raids, having my feet on earth.

How many (of the 3/4 official) raids would you join an average week? all of them
Are you ok with rotating out of raids every now and then (without complaining about it every time)? yes
Any days you can't raid or prefer to have as off-days? not any specific

What's your raiding experience on other characters if you have any: i ve played a priest with a friends account in pre WotLK period raided MC, Onyxia, BWL, AQ, Naxramass
What do you think it means if we ask you to show up prepared for raiding: for me as a priest to prepared means that i got all the necessary addons loaded on time and be on time for invites full of the necessary potions/flasks/ regents.
How do you think about raiding achievements (timed and HARD mode encounters):
