Not yet but now in cata going to have 100% usable enhancement off spec for PVE

Reason for changing guilds:I always played for Horde,move on Burning blade as aliance cause my friedn had Guild in here,but now he stop playing and i m really sick of aliance,hate it.
Have you switched servers before (which ones, how many times, etc)? Just once From Stormscale to Burning Blade.
What other guilds (if any) are you currently applying to:none
How will you fit in:Hope Great
What do you expect from raiding in The Conspiracy:I Expect 100%focus on Raids without slacks,have spot on your raids.
How do you react to negative feedback:always i try to take something from mistakes,and every mistake is step to front for me.I m ok with that.
What do you think is the most important thing for any raider to be successfull in a raid:Be ready before raid minimum 15 minutes before instance,with Flask,Food and with 100% focus.
Do you know anyone in The Conspiracy that could vouch for you: No,just chat with GM while,only as lvl 1 orc.cause have still shaman on aliance side.
Why should we pick you specifically:As i said i m always ready and i thing i know my class and know what to do,never do same mistakes.
Raiding:
Can you raid between 18:30.00 and 23.30 Server Time ? yeas i can do 3-4 times per week anyday.
How many (of the 3/4 official) raids would you join an average week?I can be ready on 3 raids every week,sometimes 4 days.
Are you ok with rotating out of raids every now and then (without complaining about it every time)? I m ok with that.
Any days you can't raid or prefer to have as off-days?All what i have to do is say my wife i m off on fo example monday tuesday friday and is ok.So if you will pick up another days for raids i just speak with her and is done.As i said can raid 3 days on 100%.
What's your raiding experience in WotLK with the character you're applying with (10 and 25-man please): i ve Cleared as Shaman Neýtiri ICC 25 Man 12/12 ICC 25 man HC mode 10/12 i havent killed Lich King on HC mode and Professor was on 17%.For Glory 25 man ICC need only Professor on HC mode.
What's your raiding experience (pre-BC and BC) with the character you're applying with:none
What's your raiding experience on other characters if you have any:I ve started WOTLK as Warlock cleared Naxx 10/25,Ulduar 11 Bosses,ToC 10/25 ToGC 10.
What do you think it means if we ask you to show up prepared for raiding:Have Flask,be ready before instance on time and ready on Ventrilo/TS/mumble or...
How do you think about raiding achievements (timed and HARD mode encounters):Love to do Achivments and dont care about Wiping on them.
Do you have any WWS (or similar) logs to show us how you perform in raids:nope
Future:
Are you planning to quit playing WoW in the near future (within 3 months):Nope
Will there be any (predictable) irregularities in your attendance in the next 3 months (Holidays, Exams, etc):have some days off at now cause Cataclysm leveling.not going to have holiday in 3 mounths.
What are your goals in WotLK and perhaps even in the next expansion?:Wanna clear whole new content..
Do you have anything else to add?:I did once apply here before few days but i did some mistakes there,so i ve changed it.Sorry i m not english.Sometimes have a little bit problem with explaining,but understand everything.Always watch videos about new content,learning Tactics on bosses.If i m online never say never to guild mates if he need help with quests or anything else.doing free cfrafts for guild never take golds for it.
If you will accept my app i will move to horde side in one day.
